Before joining SAS, Linda worked as a management consultant within the customer experience capability. Her main assignments where within marketing and sales where she implemented new ways of working using a ‘Test-and-learn’ methodology (with the aim to higher the degree of personalised communication) and helping clients in their digital transformation journey .”
