Maria’s primary responsibility is to drive revenue generation activities, improve customer satisfaction, grow market share, as well as modernize and improve SJ Customer offering and revenue optimization process. Since 2013 SJ has had an increased focus on customer satisfaction and a growth strategy where product improvements, communication, and directed price reductions are the tools used. The strategy has been very successful and SJ has increased both customer satisfaction and the number of passengers since.
