Mattias Andersson, founder Friends & Insights
Mattias has long-standing experience in Analytics and CRM. He has earlier been responsible for Analytics, at the telecom company, 3 in Sweden. He also had a stint as CRM- och “customer club” manager, at clothing company Twilfit. Till recently, Mattias was the Head of CRM Analytics at SAS. Where one of the main responsibilities, is the digital transformation that has led to a more customer insight-minded and datadriven SAS. Mattias is also a co-owner of lifestyle company Macacos.
