SJ is a customer-oriented, modern and profitable travel company that manages 55 percent of the total train traffic in Sweden. Each day, 100,000 people travel by SJ on 700 trains. SJ has about 5,400 employees. As the company´s Head of Marketing & Customer experience, Sofia is responsible for: marketing communication, marketing technology and online conversion and customer experience. She is also part of the Sales and Marketing management team.
